Itinerary
Day 1Islamabad:
You will be greeted by the team of Highlander treks at Islamabad International airport then transfer along with your luggage to a centrally located hotel in Islamabad. Overnight stay in Islamabad.
Distance: 30km / Driving Hours: 40 mins / Altitude: 540m / Activities: Sightseeing.
Day 2Islamabad – Besham:
In the morning after breakfast, we will drive to Besham en route we will stop for photography, lunch break and toilet stop then further drive to Besham arrival in Besham check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Besham.
Distance:280 km / Driving Hours:06 – 07 hrs / Altitude:615m / Activities: Sightseeing.
Day 3Besham – Rama Lake:
Early in the morning after breakfast, we will drive to Astore sightseeing en route arrival at Astore check-in at the hotel after a short rest then we will drive up to Rama Meadows and then hike up to Rama Lake and in the evening return back to Astore. Overnight stay in Astore.

Day 4Astore – Gupis Ghizer Valley:
In the morning after breakfast, we will departure for Gahkuch en route we will stop at Nanga Parbat viewpoint then further we will stop at the Junction point of the three greatest mountain ranges where they meet at one point then continue our journey all the way to Gupis Valley en route we will stop for lunch in Gahkuch and then drive to Gupis arrival and check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Gupis Valley.

Day 6Gupis – Phundar Valley:
In the morning after breakfast, we will drive to Phundar Valley en route we will stop for photography then further drive to Phundar Valley arrival in Phundar Valley then we will go for a walk in Phundar and in the evening return back to Gupis. Overnight stay in Gupis.

Day 7Gupis – Nalter Lake – Karimabad Hunza:
In the morning after breakfast drive to Nalter lake after the visit of Nalter lake then we will have a lunch break at Rakaposhi viewpoint after lunch then drive to Karimabad arrive in Karimabad check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Karimabad Hunza.

Day 8Karimabad – Baltit – Altit Forts – Duiker:
In the morning after breakfast, we will visit the historical Baltit and Altit Forts and in the afternoon we will do the water channel walk and then in the evening, we will go for the sunset Safari at Eagles nest. Overnight stay in Karimabad Hunza.

Day 10Passu Glacier – Borith – Suspension Bridges:
This day is very interesting, as in the first nearly half an hour we will drive to Hussaini Village and we will visit Hussaini suspension bridges, then we will drive up to Upper Borith walking up to the viewpoint of Passu white glacier then drive to Passu village after lunch we will have a village visit after completing the visit then we will drive back to Gulmit. Overnight Stay in Gulmit Upper Hunza Valley.

Day 11Excursion – Khunjerab Pass:
Full-day excursions to Khunjerab pass (The border between Pakistan and China). In the olden days there were few highs passes leading from China that were suitable for travel. Today the Khunjerab Pass, which at an altitude of 4733 m the highest point in the world on the Karakorum highway, provides an easy all-weather entry from Pakistan to the famous Sinkiang province of the people‟s Republic of China. This route is a beautiful drive, with views of the high mountains of the Karakoram & the distant Pamir mountain ranges. At Khunjerab, now declared a national park, one can see Marcopolo Sheep, Snow leopard, Himalayan Ibexes. In the evening return back to the hotel.

Day 12Exploring – Upper Hunza Valley:
In the morning after breakfast, we will visit the sites in Gulmit the Old house 700 years old, the cultural museum, Gulmit Oldtown, and the Community based school and in the evening we will visit the Local traditional house of Upper Hunza Valley for the local dinner. Overnight Stay in Gulmit Upper Hunza.
Day 13Gulmit – Gilgit :
After breakfast drive to Gilgit en-route short stop at Rakaposhi viewpoint for photography then further drive to Gilgit, we will visit the bazaar in order to familiarize ourselves with the customs of the Gilgit’s, a stop at the cooperative store, where Chinese goods are bought on the barter system will allow us to glance at Chinese treasure, we will then take a hair raising drive across Asia’s longest suspension bridge – 600 feet long and wide enough only for one car at a time arrival in Gilgit after lunch then drive to Gilgit
arrival in Gilgit check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Gilgit.
